Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon
  • 4 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Cut a large piece of foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon skin-side down on the foil. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top.
  4. Fold the foil around the salmon to create a sealed packet but leave some space for steam to circulate.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes if you like a crispy top.
  6. Garnish with extra parsley and parmesan before serving.
