  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Pound chicken breasts to about ¼ inch thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix sour cream and ranch seasoning in a bowl. Coat chicken in this mixture and let marinate for at least an hour.
  4. Combine remaining ranch seasoning, panko breadcrumbs, cheddar, and parmesan in another bowl.
  5. Grease a sheet pan with olive oil and coat each marinated chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
