  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup corn starch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 3 tsp Sriracha (or to taste)
  • Small corn tortillas
  • Cabbage and tomatoes for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add shrimp and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Coat each shrimp in corn starch before frying until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in another bowl for the sauce.
