  • 1/2 cup Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese (freshly shredded)
  • 1/4 cup American cheddar (freshly shredded)
  • 2 teaspoons green onions (sliced, or chives)
  • 10 celery sticks (carrot sticks, tortilla chips, crusty bread pieces, potato chips, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) with the rack in the middle position.
  2. In a cast-iron skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add shredded chicken and hot sauce; simmer until thickened.
  4. Reduce heat to low and mix in cream cheese and sour cream until combined; top with both cheddars.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes until bubbly, then broil for an additional minute if desired.
