  • 25 soft caramels (unwrapped)
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 packets apple cider drink mix
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (full fat)
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, lightly greasing it.
  2. In a small pot, melt caramels with 1 tablespoon of heavy cream over low heat until smooth.
  3. In a medium pot, combine apple cider drink mix, salt, butter, and the remaining cream; whisk until dissolved.
  4. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and fold in white chocolate chips until melted.
  5. Pour fudge into the prepared pan, swirl melted caramel on top, and refrigerate for 4–6 hours until set.
  6. Lift out using parchment overhang and cut into pieces.
