- 25 soft caramels (unwrapped)
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream (divided)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 packets apple cider drink mix
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (full fat)
- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, lightly greasing it.
- In a small pot, melt caramels with 1 tablespoon of heavy cream over low heat until smooth.
- In a medium pot, combine apple cider drink mix, salt, butter, and the remaining cream; whisk until dissolved.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and fold in white chocolate chips until melted.
- Pour fudge into the prepared pan, swirl melted caramel on top, and refrigerate for 4–6 hours until set.
- Lift out using parchment overhang and cut into pieces.
