  • 2 large tortillas (regular or low-carb/high-protein)
  • 7 oz cooked chicken (about 200 grams, chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon light Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 oz grated cheese (about 90 grams)
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, minced garlic, light mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, hot sauce, and salt until well mixed.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat and sprinkle about two tablespoons of cheese on the lower third. Add approximately two-thirds cup of the chicken mixture, another tablespoon of cheese, and some chopped green onion.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose all fillings.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and lightly spray with olive oil.
  5. Place wraps seam-side down in the pan and cook for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown; cover with a lid to ensure even heating.
  6. Slice each wrap diagonally and serve warm.
