  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 6 kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by seasoning with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  2. Boil salted water in a pot and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain well.
  3. Slice the tops off the kaiser rolls and hollow out the centers to create bowls.
  4. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning inside and around the edges of each bread bowl.
  5. Toast the bowls at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until lightly crisp.
  6. Combine cooked chicken with pasta and Alfredo sauce; mix well.
  7. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the mixture and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
  8. Return to oven for another 4-5 minutes until cheese melts and bread is crispy.
  9. Serve hot, optionally garnished with parsley or red pepper flakes.
