  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9 x 9 baking dish.
  2. In a large saucepan, steam broccoli florets in about two inches of boiling water for around two minutes until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add garlic powder, sea salt, pepper, grated cheddar cheese, chopped chicken, and steamed broccoli. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle an additional 1/4 cup of grated cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Allow the bake to cool slightly before serving warm.
