  • 40 saltine crackers
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups Ghirardelli white chocolate chips

  2. Line a 10 x 15 baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  4. Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a medium saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Stir frequently until boiling, then continue stirring for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the butter-brown sugar mixture over the crackers evenly.
  7. Bake for about 5 minutes until bubbling.
  8. Remove from the oven and let sit briefly before gently rearranging any overlapping crackers.
  9. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the hot mixture and allow them to melt before spreading smoothly.
  10. Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top once the chocolate is spread.
