  • 2 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups white chocolate morsels
  • 7 oz jar vegan marshmallow cream
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar mix
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon sugar mix

Instructions

  1. Line a 13×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, unsalted butter, heavy cream, kosher salt, and cinnamon sugar mix. Bring to a rolling boil while stirring continuously for about 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the white chocolate morsels and vegan marshmallow cream until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and refrigerate for about 3 hours until set.
  5. Cut into desired shapes using a cookie cutter or knife.
  6. For the drizzle, whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, and heavy cream until smooth; drizzle over cut fudge pieces.
