  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup reserved pasta water

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
