  • 2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Heat half the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and sauté garlic, parsley, thyme, and crushed red pepper flakes for about 2 minutes. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice; simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Toss the cooked linguine in the sauce until evenly coated. Slice the chicken and serve on top.
