  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken wings under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat wings in marinade; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with a wire rack.
  5. Arrange marinated wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
