  • 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (9-ounce) package fresh cheese ravioli
  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat until melted.
  2. Add diced onion and sliced carrot; cook until onion is translucent (3–4 minutes).
  3. Stir in ground turkey; cook until browned (5–7 minutes) before draining excess grease.
  4. Add garlic, dried basil, and oregano; cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  5. Pour in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to simmer and add ravioli; cook until tender (5–6 minutes).
  7. Stir in fresh spinach until wilted (1–2 minutes).
  8. Slowly mix in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir until melted.
