  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil, divided
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced chicken in teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix with green onions, rice vinegar, honey, and the remaining sesame oil.
  4. Fry wonton wrappers in hot oil until golden brown and crispy (20-30 seconds each side).
  5. Assemble tacos by filling each wonton with chicken and coleslaw; drizzle sweet chili sauce on top.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro before serving.
