  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup mini vegan marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla; mix well.
