  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Boil the lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente; drain thoroughly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
