  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Mixed herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/400F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels for crispy skin.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder (if using), mixed herbs, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  4. Coat the drumsticks in the dry rub mixture thoroughly.
  5. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165F/74C). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
