  • 2 cups Farfalle pasta
  • 2 Chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 4 oz turkey strips (diced)
  • 1 large onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 bulb roasted garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Sea salt
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • 8 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare one batch of roasted garlic in the air fryer according to your preferred method. Once done, cool it slightly and set aside.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to boil over high heat. Once boiling, add salt liberally to enhance flavor. Add farfalle pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining the rest and setting aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the skillet. Place sliced onions in the skillet and sauté until they become translucent. Add diced turkey strips; let them render their fat while onions caramelize on medium-low heat.
  4. Season cubed chicken breasts with garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Once onions are caramelized and turkey strips are crispy, add seasoned chicken to the skillet. Sauté until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  5. Lower heat after chicken is fully cooked. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, whole cloves of roasted garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes into the skillet. Let sauce simmer for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly; adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Add drained farfalle pasta along with green peas into the skillet. Incorporate a splash of reserved pasta water to help coat everything evenly. Toss well until all ingredients are combined; serve immediately!
