  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp rapid rise yeast
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (divided)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • Kosher salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F and grease a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until foamy (about 5 minutes).
  3. Mix in flour, salt, and 1 tablespoon olive oil on low speed until combined. Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into muffin tin cups (9-10 muffins) using oiled fingers.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the turned-off oven to rise for about 20 minutes.
  6. Heat remaining olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat; add minced garlic until golden brown.
  7. Make indents on top of each muffin, drizzle with garlic oil, and top with rosemary.
  8. Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
