  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (fat-free)
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (fat-free, plain)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
