  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened) for glaze
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar (sift if lumpy)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons milk (2%, whole, or your favorite)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
