  • 2 1/2 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 1/3 cup Cornstarch
  • 6 tablespoons Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon coarse Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Parsley; chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and oil a wire rack with avocado oil.
  2. In a plastic bag, mix cornstarch, baking powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Add dried chicken wings and shake until coated.
  3. Place wings on the wire rack and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Brush wings with avocado oil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until crispy.
  5. Combine Frank's Hot Sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and red chili flakes in a bowl.
  6. Coat baked wings with sauce and broil for an extra five minutes until crispy.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
