  • 3.54 pounds country style ribs
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons regular soy sauce
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
  • Ground black pepper
  • ½1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. In the Instant Pot, combine garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and cold water; mix well.
  2. Add the ribs to the marinade with salt and pepper; marinate for 30 minutes to an hour in the fridge.
