  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups elbow pasta
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Set your Instant Pot to SAUTE mode and heat olive oil. Sauté the chopped onion until soft.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in the tomato paste.
  3. Turn off SAUTE mode and add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and elbow pasta, making sure pasta is submerged.
  4. Sprinkle in paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and Worcestershire sauce; stir gently to combine.
  5. Close the lid and set to MANUAL or HIGH for 6 minutes. After cooking, perform a Quick Release.
  6. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
