  • 57 slices Italian turkey slices
  • 34 fresh basil leaves
  • 12 cups arugula (or spinach)
  • 1 ball of burrata
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • Kosher salt (black pepper and oregano to taste)
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Balsamic glaze to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a cutting board with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out the turkey slices side by side, slightly overlapping.
  3. Place fresh basil leaves across the center, then layer arugula and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
  4. Tear open the burrata and spread it evenly over the filling. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  5. Starting from one edge, tightly roll up the turkey slices over the filling until you form a log shape.
  6. Slice into 6-8 pieces and serve immediately with additional balsamic glaze.
