  • 15 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 Oz cream cheese
  • 4 Oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Packages crescent rolls
  • Turkey sausage (or chicken sausage)
  • 4 Oz Butter
  • 1 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1 Tbs onion powder
  • Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until blended.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture and place turkey sausage on top.
  5. Cut crescent roll triangles in half and wrap around each filled jalapeño.
  6. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with kosher salt.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
