  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp garlic powder, or fresh minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook until no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes; set aside.
  3. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, then rinse under cold water.
  4. In the same skillet, bring heavy cream to a simmer and whisk in Parmesan until melted. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Layer chicken and broccoli in the greased casserole dish, pour the Alfredo sauce over it, and mix well.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
