  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon in a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
