  • 3 slices white sandwich bread
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 cup whole pitted kalamata olives
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Cut bread into cubes, toss with olive oil and salt, then bake for about 15 minutes until golden.
