  • 1 pound tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess fat, stir in marinara sauce and seasonings, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with sour cream and Parmesan; mix until smooth.
  5. Layer half of the meat sauce in the baking dish, then half of the tortellini, followed by the cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients and top with mozzarella.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
