- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons creole mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon capers (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1–2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the parsley, green onions, and capers.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise as the base.
- Stir in creole mustard, ketchup, green onions, parsley, capers, minced garlic, hot sauce, horseradish, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
