  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1. Activate the yeast by mixing warm milk with instant yeast; let froth for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Combine flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, and egg in a bowl; mix to form dough.
  3. 3. Knead on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth; let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread melted butter over it.
