  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 pounds sirloin steak (sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 large bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons half-and-half (or cream)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (180C).
  2. In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook the sliced steak until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté sliced bell peppers, chopped onion, and minced garlic until softened. Stir in cream cheese and half-and-half until well combined.
  4. Add the cooked steak back into the skillet with half of the shredded cheeses; mix well.
  5. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
