  • 33 1/2 cups flour
  • For the filling: 3 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • For the icing: 1/4 cup butter, 4 ounces cream cheese, 2 cups powdered sugar, and 1 1/2 teaspoons milk

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by mixing warm water and yeast; let it sit for about 10 minutes until bubbly.
  2. In a stand mixer, combine the yeast mixture with milk and flour until a dough forms.
  3. Allow the dough to rise in a greased bowl for about one hour until doubled.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; spread filling ingredients evenly over it.
  5. Roll up tightly and slice into individual rolls using dental floss.
  6. Let the sliced rolls rise again for 30-60 minutes in a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Prepare icing by mixing all ingredients until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
