  • 1 bag Rhodes Frozen Thaw Rise and Bake Cinnamon Rolls (12 count)
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (preferably dark)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • Tiny pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 Tbs milk
  • Powdered sugar, if needed

Instructions

  1. Spray a baking dish (10×14-inch) with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the thawed cinnamon rolls in the dish and cover with plastic wrap.
  3. Allow rolls to rise until doubled in size (3-5 hours at room temperature or overnight in the fridge).
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour whipping cream over risen rolls and let rest for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; spoon over rolls.
  6. Bake uncovered for 28-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Prepare frosting by mixing both packets of frosting with softened cream cheese, salt, and vanilla; add milk for desired consistency.
  8. Frost warm rolls before serving.
