  • 1 loaf French bread (cut in half lengthwise)
  • 2 bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/2 medium onion (diced)
  • 1 pound ground chuck or sirloin beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) Manwich Bold Sauce
  • 23 cups shredded cheddar and jack cheeses (combined)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with foil and place the bread halves cut side up.
  3. In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for about 2 minutes until softened.
