S’mores Cinnamon Rolls are the delightful fusion of two beloved treats, perfect for breakfast or dessert. These soft and gooey rolls feature a rich chocolate ganache filling, complemented by a dreamy vegan marshmallow cream cheese frosting. The fluffy dough, enriched with O-live & Co Green & Balanced Extra Virgin Olive Oil, makes these rolls irresistibly tender and flavorful.   • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp active dry yeast
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup O-live & Co Green & Balanced Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 4 sheets crushed graham crackers
  • 2 oz cream cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup vegan marshmallows fluff

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk slightly. Combine with yeast and sugar in a bowl and let it froth for about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Mix in flour, salt, olive oil, egg, yolk, and vanilla bean paste until smooth using a stand mixer.
  3. Allow the dough to rise in a greased bowl covered with a cloth for about an hour until doubled in size.
  4. Prepare the filling by melting chocolate chips with heavy cream over low heat; mix crushed graham crackers with brown sugar in another bowl.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the chocolate mixture evenly, sprinkle the graham cracker mixture on top, and roll tightly.
  6. Cut into pieces and place on a lined baking sheet to rise again for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. For the frosting, beat cream cheese with heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, salt, vegan marshmallows fluff, and vanilla until smooth.
  9. Frost rolls after cooling slightly.
