  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ¾ cup sour cream (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach (thawed and drained)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray an 8×8 casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add in 1½ cups of shredded mozzarella, onion powder, garlic powder, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and thawed spinach. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella. Bake for about 20 minutes or until melted and lightly browned.
  5. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving hot with your choice of dippers.
