  • 6 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 3 cups leftover heated turkey gravy
  • 1 ½ pounds cooked turkey (white or dark)
  • 1 pound leftover stuffing
  • 6 tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
  • ¼ cup fresh sage, chopped
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Ladle 1 cup of turkey gravy into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  4. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce down the center of each.
  5. Sprinkle chopped sage over the filling, then roll each tortilla tightly and place seam side down in the baking dish.
  6. Pour the remaining gravy over the enchiladas and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
