  • 24 White Button mushrooms (or baby portobello)
  • 1 ½ cups Herb Pub Cheese
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 slices provolone cheese (roughly chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoons half and half
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese (tossed in flour)
  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/8 cup dry white grape juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 dash pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (can sub sour cream)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms gently, remove stems carefully, and chop stems finely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped mushroom stems, herb pub cheese, Parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, and half and half until well mixed.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the filling using a spoon or small scoop.
  5. In another bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs with white cheddar cheese and sprinkle over stuffed mushrooms.
  6. Bake on a baking sheet for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
